No software on your computers, no cables to your terminals, no static IP. The device connects outward to us.
One address in the device's Comm menu. It starts sending punches within a minute of rebooting, and appears in your account waiting to be named.
Import a spreadsheet, or let the terminal tell us who is enrolled. Names you set here get pushed back to the device screens.
Fixed, night, split or rotating, with your own grace period and overtime rules. Everything after that is calculated for you.
Attendance software fails in specific ways. These are the ones we built for first, because getting them wrong produces numbers that look plausible and are quietly incorrect.
A punch at 02:00 belongs to the shift that started at 22:00 yesterday, not to today. Night workers get the hours they actually worked.
Terminals resend batches when an acknowledgement is lost. Duplicates are rejected at the database, so one arrival never becomes eight.
People forget. The day is flagged rather than silently counted as a full shift, and anyone with permission can correct it with a reason that stays on the record.
A terminal running four minutes fast makes everyone late. We compare its clock against ours and can correct it remotely.
Adjust a shift or approve leave retrospectively and the affected days are rebuilt from the original punches. Corrections survive the rebuild.
Monthly summaries export with hours as decimals, which is the format payroll actually wants, alongside CSV, print and per-day detail.
Every plan includes unlimited attendance records and reports. You are charged for the size of your workforce, not for how often they punch.
